If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, call us within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to discuss this this with you. We certainly want your flowers to be of the freshest quality.

Wedding flowers
These will be delivered on the day of the wedding with instructions of how to care for your flowers.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, every care is required to keep your wedding flowers as fresh as possible for your wedding ceremony and photos.  If you have any concerns at all with your wedding flowers please contact me immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We buy the freshest flowers available but sometimes there may be stems that do not show defect until they have left our shop.

Any remedies are at our discretion and this does not affect your statutory rights.
